Due to the consumable nature of our products, we maintain strict quality and hygiene standards.

❌ Returns Policy

  • We do not accept returns once products are delivered

However, replacements/refunds are applicable in genuine cases.

🔄 Replacement Eligibility

You may request a replacement if:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Expired product delivered

⏱️ Conditions for Replacement

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • A complete unboxing video (from sealed package opening) is mandatory
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

❌ Non-Eligible Cases

Refunds/replacements will NOT be provided for:

  • Allergic reactions or individual sensitivities
  • Incorrect address provided by customer
  • Product misunderstanding or expectation mismatch
  • Wrong product ordered
  • Change of mind / product no longer required

🔁 Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is allowed only for sealed and unused products
  • Exchange must be for same value product
  • A ₹200 reverse pickup charge will apply
  • Partial order exchange is not allowed

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only in eligible cases
  • Once approved, refunds will be completed within 7–10 working days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
