❌ Returns Policy
- We do not accept returns once products are delivered
However, replacements/refunds are applicable in genuine cases.
🔄 Replacement Eligibility
You may request a replacement if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged product received
- Expired product delivered
⏱️ Conditions for Replacement
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- A complete unboxing video (from sealed package opening) is mandatory
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
❌ Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds/replacements will NOT be provided for:
- Allergic reactions or individual sensitivities
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Product misunderstanding or expectation mismatch
- Wrong product ordered
- Change of mind / product no longer required
🔁 Exchange Policy
- Exchange is allowed only for sealed and unused products
- Exchange must be for same value product
- A ₹200 reverse pickup charge will apply
- Partial order exchange is not allowed
💰 Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only in eligible cases
- Once approved, refunds will be completed within 7–10 working days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
